SHIPPING POLICY

To maintain the best quality of perishable baked goods, certain steps need to be taken. Please read the following information. Continuing with checkout lets us know that you have read and agree with our shipping policy.

Post Office Boxes

We send all packages through the United States Postal Service. USPS will only send to valid addresses or addresses that have a PO Box number. If sending to a PO Box, please have that ready for us.

Spring and Fall Shipping Policy

Your packages are shipped from Iowa, where we enjoy hot, humid weather from May through September. Many parts of the country experience high temperature from early Spring through September. For those reasons we will only be sending out packages during the Summer, on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Handling of your package

IF you are home on delivery day:

• Watch for your package
• Immediatly bring package into home or office
• Check contents of box with invoice
• Freeze the baked items

IF you are not home on delivery day: 

USPS will leave package at your door. If you are not expecting to be home for a while, please ask a neighbor or a friend to pick up package for you. You can also track your package online for estimated delivery.

DELAYS:

We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping or questions regarding your order.
