The aroma of this moist, scrumptious gluten free cake will make your mouth water, but just wait until you taste it! Just add shredded carrot, currants or raisins and nuts if you like a fabulous carrot cake variation. Gluten intolerant people couldn't be more pleased!

Ingredients:
Organic evaporated cane juice, sweet brown rice flour, brown sugar, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, rice milk powder, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Add eggs, oil and water.

Makes two 9" rounds or one 13" x 9" pan.
