Crunchy Chocolate Sugar Cookie Mix from Miss Robens. Made with wheat free flour, these gluten free cookies are rich, light, & full of flavor. To increase calorie content, just add macadamia nut or peanut butter chips. Crushed would make a great chocolate cookie pie crust! Or sandwich vanilla cream between 2 of these for a mock-Oreo™ cookie. Your gluten intolerance is not a problem! All you need is stick butter/margarine or acceptable substitute (tolerates tub margarine but makes a chewy cookie); eggs or acceptable substitute. Substitute suggestions are on package.
