1. Can I be assured that all your products are gluten free?
Because we ourselves suffer from celiac disease, we are very careful in reading labels and selecting food for our own table. We have used that same diligence in searching for products for our online storefront. While we cannot give a 100% guarantee, we can give you our best effort and our personal assurance.
2. Are your products made with GMO or non-GMO ingredients?
All our products are made with non-GMO ingredients.
3. Do your products contain soy?
Some of our products contain soy, many do not. However, all our products have the ingredients listed so you can verify for yourself what it is that you are seeking, or trying to avoid.
4. Are your products kosher?
Our products are not certified as kosher at this time.
5. Are your products organic?
All our products are gluten free. Some of them are organic also, but that is not a focus for us at this time.
6. Is placing an order using my credit card safe and confidential?

7. What methods of payment do you accept?
All transactions are conducted in US dollars. We do accept payment in the following forms:

8. How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?
Shipping is based on total amount of your order. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail at a rate determined by the amount purchased. If you wish special shipping arrangements, please contact us at customerservice@safelyglutenfree.com. (See our Shipping Information for more details.)
9. Can I return merchandise if I am not satisfied?
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a credit which you may use on your next purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@safelyglutenfree.com.
10. What if my order is damaged in transit?
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier, you must file a claim with that carrier (USPS) according to their protocols.
